Innovative Global Products Europe s.r.o. (IGPE) was established in 2015 by transforming Thermostar Praha s.r.o. As part of this transformation, the company’s business scope was changed. The first products and technologies included cold asphalt mixes and application processes for the use of magnesium chloride for the stabilization of unpaved surfaces and dust reduction, winter maintenance and agricultural applications. Expanding the portfolio to include mobile flood barriers, which we developed and tested in the first half of 2016, was seen as key to the company’s future direction. In particular, the RAPID H2O water-filled mobile barriers based on gabion cages are now a strategic product in our portfolio. It is a unique product that takes advantage of the availability of water as a filling material at the installation site, without compromising on its quality. The main advantages are the simple and quick construction of the barrier, high durability, mobility, easy removal of the barrier after a flood without the need for subsequent cleaning and reusability.  

Our products and services include, in particular, the development and supply of mobile and semi-permanent flood and safety barriers, where within this product group we also offer variants for temporary storage of chemicals, utility water, including use for HAZMAT/OilSpill and critical infrastructure protection, cold asphalt mixtures for repairing asphalt surfaces, implementation of dust reduction measures and reinforcement of unpaved surfaces (temporary roads). Pre-sales consulting and analysis, as well as subsequent user training, after-sales consulting and service are of course part of our delivery.
